1.  HOW CAN I BOOK AND USE FAST LANE SERVICES?

2.  WHICH AIRPORTS IS FAST-LANE SERVICE AVAILABLE?

Fast Lane provides services at 04 major airports in Vietnam including:

Noi Bai International Airport (Ha Noi)

Da Nang International Airport (Da Nang)

Cam Ranh International Airport (Khanh Hoa)

Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City)

3.  HOW CAN I CHANGE THE USING TIME OF SERVICES?

In case your flight is delayed more than 02 hours, you need to inform us at least 03 hours in advance via text/email. If you do not use the service after 02 hours of your using time, we will cancel it and no refund.

4.  CAN I CANCEL THE BOOKING RESERVATION?

Booking must be cancelled before at least 24 hours (compared to the using time). If you cancel from 12 - 24 hours, we will refund 50% of your expenditure. Any cancellation within 12 hours will be charged 100%.

5.  DO I NEED TO PAY ANY EXTRA FEE?

Airport and toll fees are included but not parking fee or waiting fee or extra hours (if you’re booking car for a tour).

Otherwise, you will not pay anything else.

6. DO I NEED TO BOOK FASTLANE SERVICE FOR MY CHILDREN?

We provide free service for children under 2 years old. For children from 2 years old, we charge 100% as adults.

7.  DO I NEED TO PROVIDE CORRECT INFORMATION WHEN BOOKING THE SERVICES?

All information that you provide us must be accurate and lawful in order to register for the service under your name. In addition, we will use this information to contact you directly by phone or email.

8.  DO I HAVE TO PRESENT ANY DOCUMENTS WHEN I BUY A SIM CARD?

You should hand your booking confirmation and passport to the cashiers at the pick-up points so we can provide and register your SIM card.

9.  HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR THE CAR WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE AIRPORT?

Usually, the car is ready when you arrive
